Ron retired from the U.S. Coast Guard, and while in the military, he served as the Command Drug and Alcohol Representative for three units. He understands what it means to help military brethren and is committed to providing veterans with personalized care and the service they deserve. As a disabled veteran and a VA patient himself, Ron has seen the impact addiction continues to have on the veteran community.

Continuing case management is a process that manages client wellness. This is done using communication, education, and assisting of services.
Expert case managers coordinate all aspects of on-going care after the patient is discharged. The case manager will organize all resources in the client’s home area. They work closely with families to educate them on the client’s options and ensure they have the appropriate care plan. Case managers are constantly networking and building relationships to ensure the patient is going home with proper resources and services.
