She completed the Master Nutrition Therapist program through Nutrition Therapy Institute in Colorado. She was able to integrate nutrition therapy into working with people dealing with addiction and mental health issues. In partnership with her clients, she helps them heal the body as well as the mind. This also builds confidence in their ability to provide healthy, delicious and nutritious food for themselves.
